Von unserem Headquarter in Weil der Stadt/Hausen aus betreut das Business Controlling-Team die internationalen Niederlassungen im Bereich Controlling und Finanzen. Als Head of Business Controlling verantworten Sie das Team und sind verantwortlich für die Weiterentwicklung des Controllings der Unternehmensgruppe.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Verantwortung für die strategische Weiterentwicklung unseres Business Controllings zur Unterstützung der Unternehmensziele
- Eigenverantwortlicher Ausbau der Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Niederlassungen der Krannich-Gruppe in Hinblick auf Controlling- und Finanzthemen
- Kompetenter Ansprechpartner für Geschäftsführung und internationale Niederlassungsleiter zu Themen rund ums Controlling
- Verantwortung für die stetige Kontrolle der Kostenstrukturen sowie Erarbeitung und Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Kosten- und Prozessoptimierung
- Proaktive und konstruktiv-kritische Implementierung und Optimierung von lokalen und gruppenweiten Prozessen und Standards
- Führung, fachliche Unterstützung und persönliche Weiterentwicklung der Teammitglieder

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise mit Fachrichtung Finance & Controlling
- Mehrjährige Berufs- und Führungserfahrung im Bereich Finance & Controlling
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zur internationalen Kommunikation
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Analyse und Interpretation von Geschäftszahlen
