DAS IST IHR JOB
Das Einkaufsteam ist für unser globales Produktportfolio verantwortlich und stellt die Warenverfügbarkeit durch strategische Mengenplanung sicher. Als strategischer Einkäufer agieren Sie im Tandem mit einem zugeordneten operativen Einkäufer.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Verhandlung von Einkaufspreisen, Vertrags- und Zahlungskonditionen sowie Rahmenverträgen mit Lieferanten auf internationaler Ebene
- Analyse des globalen Beschaffungsmarktes und Ableitung geeigneter Beschaffungsstrategien
- Eigenverantwortliche Anpassung der Bestellmengen unter Berücksichtigung von Rahmenbedingungen wie Engpässen, Bestandsentwicklungen etc.
- Beurteilung und Bewertung internationaler Lieferanten sowie Verantwortung für Lieferantenentwicklung und die allgemeine Gestaltung der Zusammenarbeit
- Proaktive Berücksichtigung von Sondersituationen wie Gesetzesänderungen, Marktsprünge oder Substitutions- und Segmentverhalten
- Abstimmung der Produktpreisgestaltung als Sparringspartner für den Vertrieb
- Mitwirkung beim Ausbau der Gruppen-Aktivitäten im Einkauf und Einbringen von Erfahrungen und Erkenntnissen in Projekt- und Prozessthemen rund um das Thema Beschaffung

Zudem verfügen Sie über unternehmerisches Denken und eine strategische, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise. Sie bringen Verhandlungsgeschick, Durchsetzungsvermögen sowie interkulturelle Kompetenz und Kommunikationsstärke mit. Interesse an der Solarbranche und an unseren Produkten runden Ihr Profil ab.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Kaufmännische oder technische Ausbildung oder Studium idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt im Einkauf
- Erfahrung im beschriebenen Aufgabengebiet
- Sehr gute Englischkenntnisse zur internationalen Kommunikation
- Sehr gutes technisches Verständnis zur Einarbeitung in unser Produktportfolio
