DAS IST IHR JOB
Unser Backoffice bildet die Schnittstelle zwischen Auftragssteuerung und Vertrieb. Als Mitarbeiter im Backoffice unterstützen Sie Ihre Kollegen im Vertrieb, klären Auftragsdetails und sorgen so intern für einen reibungslosen Kundenservice vom Auftragseingang bis zur Produktauslieferung.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Unterstützung bei der Betreuung unserer Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Vertriebsteams
- Überwachung offener Aufträge, z.B. im Hinblick auf Liefertermine
- Klärung offener Fragen unserer Kunden am Telefon und per Mail
- Unterstützung der Vertriebsteams bei Interessenten und Neukundenanlagen
Die Stelle kann sowohl in Vollzeit als auch in Teilzeit mit mind. 30 Stunden/Woche angetreten werden.

DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung und Erfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Tätigkeit von Vorteil
- Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
- MS Office-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung im Umgang mit einem Warenwirtschaftssystem
