Die Abteilung Global Receivables Management ist Teil unseres Finanzbereichs. Als Credit Analyst betreuen Sie im Team unsere Niederlassungen und Kunden weltweit und behalten dabei stets alle Forderungen, Kreditlimits und die damit verbundenen Risiken im Blick.
Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehören:
- Optimierung von Prozessen im Bereich des Forderungsmanagements für die Krannich Gruppe
- Erstellung von Forderungsreports und Überwachung der globalen Forderungsentwicklung
- Regelmäßige Einholung von Finanzauskünften und/oder externen Informationen bei unseren Kunden und proaktive Beratung von unseren Vertriebsteams
- Korrespondenz mit Kunden zur Eintreibung von Forderungen
- Administrative Pflege und Überwachung der Kreditversicherung

Sie verfügen über ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative und haben Freude an der internationalen Zusammenarbeit mit Geschäftsführern, Vertriebsleitern und Credit Controllern. Sie bringen ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für das Unternehmen und für die Interessen unserer Kunden mit. Zudem arbeiten Sie proaktiv, eigenverantwortlich und strukturiert. Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit, Überzeugungskraft und ein souveräner Umgang mit Konfliktsituationen runden Ihr Profil ab.
DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT
- Ausbildung oder Studium im kaufmännischen Bereich
- Erfahrung im Bereich Forderungsmanagement bzw. Mahnwesen von Vorteil
- Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse von Vorteil
