Residential Solution - Tigo Energy Intelligence
American PV manufacturer Tigo introduces a lightweight, stackable, all-in-one system that enables home-level control of PV energy. The Energy EI system includes an inverter, battery storage and optimiser brought together by the Tigo Energy Intelligence (EI) software platform. In solar, Tigo also offers the longest warranties in the industry.
The EI inverter is available in various sizes and configurations and has a fast charging and discharging function. There is a choice of a 1-phase inverter with 3, 5, or 6 kW and a 3-phase inverter with 6, 10, or 15 kW, which allow DC oversizing up to 150%.
With the modular and scalable EI battery storage system, various requirements can be met, from saving on electricity bills to emergency supply.
The heart is the EI Link, the communication hub between inverter, battery and grid connection.
In combination with Tigo TS4 Flex MLPE, monitoring, optimisation and fire protection functions can be used at module level with Tigo communication already integrated.
On top of that, the Tigo EI app is a one-stop shop for installers and their customers. It is the basis for commissioning, monitoring, operational control, service staff and remote maintenance.
