The two storage units from Axitec – Axistorage Li SV1 and Axistorage Li SV2 – are compatible to more than 100 inverters and can therefore be used in numerous PV systems. The most important info and key data.
Both storage solutions, Li SV1 and Li SV2, are similar in design. Both devices are modular and expandable. However, they differ in their storage capacity and voltage:
In practice, this means that the Axistorage SV2 is more suitable for smaller systems or lower storage requirements, and the Axistorage SV1 for higher requirements.
In both systems, the battery is composed of a Battery Management System and several energypacks, each with a storage capacity of 3.37 kWh. Existing systems can be expanded with additional energypacks for up to 5 years. A maximum of 7 storage modules can be installed in the Li SV1, and a maximum of 4 in the Li SV2.

The two Axitec storage units Axistorage Li SV1 and SV2 are compatible with more than 100 inverters. These include inverters from SMA, Sungrow, GoodWe, Kostal or Sofar. They are therefore ideally suited as a standard solution for retrofitting many different PV systems with a storage unit.
A complete list of all compatible inverters and matching storage configurations is provided on axitecsolar.com.
Axitec promises up to 6,000 charge and discharge cycles for the two battery systems. If the storage unit is fully charged and discharged daily, 6,000 cycles equate to a life span of over 16 years. Over ten years, Axitec provides a time value replacement guarantee. In the event of a warranty claim after five years, Axitec will therefore replace half of the original cost.
Incidentally, the warranty provider Axitec is a German company, so German-language service is available.
Other safety aspects:
The storage systems are easy to install. The modules are stacked on top of each other like lego blocks, and finally the Battery Management System is plugged on. Parameterization is not necessary.
The state of charge (SOC) can be read on the display of the Battery Management System and via the compatible Solarman Smart App.
