Krannich Solar at Intersolar 2024

Optimistic Atmosphere at the Industry's Leading Trade Fair +++ Trends: Commercial Battery Storage and Complete Systems +++ Trade Fair Motto: "Better. Together."

This year, Krannich Solar was once again present at Intersolar in Munich, the world's leading PV industry trade fair. The atmosphere was optimistic, better than some had expected. "There were many visitors that attended the trade event and our booth," summarizes Jan Brunner, CSO of Krannich Solar. "We had many good conversations and are looking forward to the second half of 2024 with great anticipation."

While some PV markets are under pressure, many market participants still have full inventories, development is stagnating in some areas, and protectionist measures are being discussed in politics. However, through all this, Krannich remains a stable and experienced partner. "It's important to us that our customers are well-positioned in this environment and can rely on us. Together, we are stronger. This is expressed by our trade fair motto 'Better. Together.'," says Jan Brunner. After nearly 30 years in the industry and over 30 branch openings worldwide, the wholesaler has a lot of experience and stands on solid ground.  “Because of this, even our largest customers and manufacturers were quite optimistic."

Trend: Large Storage and Commercial Projects

One of the trade fair trends is large batteries and commercial battery storage systems. More and more manufacturers are entering the market or expanding their portfolios. The gap between products for residential systems and storage for large projects is closing. Krannich showcased the new Luna2000 H1 Energy Storage System at the trade fair, generating a lot of attention. The commercial storage system scores points with a well-thought-out safety concept.

Krannich is also a strong and competent partner regarding large storage systems. Jan Brunner: "We remain true to ourselves and focus entirely on distribution. We are a competent contact for our customers and support them in planning, among other things." Capacities in this area are expected to be further expanded.

Trend: Complete Systems

Another trend from past years continues. Once again, it was observed that manufacturers are expanding their product portfolios to offer complete systems now or in the future. For example, Axitec and Trina are expanding their assortments to include complete systems, which were also displayed at the Krannich trade fair booth.

Innovations at the Trade Fair

With 150 employees, the wholesaler presented itself as a competent contact for electricians, installers, and other PV professionals from around the world. This year's trade fair appearance was under the motto "Better. Together." Trade fair visitors could see over 200 products for themselves on-site.
