COUNTRY MANAGER MEXICO

For our well-established and growing operation in Mexico City, we are looking for an ambitious person who can start immediately to further develop and manage our team.

You will oversee our market approach in Mexico and play an important role in helping to drive and shape the development of our operation, team and business. In close cooperation with our head offices, you will drive Krannich Solar’s market share and footprint in the Mexican market. THIS IS THE JOB

As the Country Manager Mexico you will oversee the daily and long-term operations. You are responsible for directing the organization’s objectives, policies, and initiatives. Throughout your time at Krannich Solar, you will be relying on your extensive experience and judgment to plan and achieve various company goals.  

+  Focus on sales, new business and market strategy with hands-on approach

+ Ensuring profitability and sustainability of the branch by recognizing market potentials, managing costs and increasing revenues and market share

+ Communication with suppliers and partners

+ Continuous improvement of internal processes, e.g. sales, purchase & material planning and logistics

+ Coordination of commercial and administrative tasks related to the management of the branch

+ Representing the branch to business partners, vendors, key stakeholders and other institutions

+ You will report to the HQ management team in Germany

YOU SHOULD HAVE

+ A background in sales and/or electrical engineering

+ Experience in sales of technical products (ideally B2B)

+ Knowledge of the solar and renewable energies sector is an advantage

+ Good command of Spanish and English, any additional language is a plus
