1. INTRODUCTION

10.3    Subject to any proof of identity being provided as required, we will use our reasonable endeavours to provide a complete list of your Personal Information within 21 days of receipt of your enquiry. We reserve the right to charge a reasonable fee for this service to meet our reasonable costs in providing you with details of the information we hold about you. Proof of identity may also be required before such information will be provided.
