Business Development Manager North QLD, Wholesale (B2B)

This is a very challenging and varied sales role which would suit someone with strong sales and customer service experience who is able to win new business and build relationships. The ideal candidate would be seeking a long-term career with the company and will positively contribute to the organization. This position is based in Brisbane or North QLD.

THESE WOULD BE YOUR TASKS

  • Establish and develop relationships with new and existing clients
     
  • Increase sales volume, market share, and achieve profitability targets
     
  • Generate leads/quotations/sales orders in ERP system
     
  • Create new leads and sales opportunities through research and cold calls
     
  • Promote product portfolio and services
     
  • Provide consistently high levels of customer service to clients and resolve issues
     
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date CRM records for key contacts and clients
     
  • Attend client visits, industry events, trade shows and conferences

  • A self-driven sales/ business development professional with passion to achieve and exceed sales targets & KPIs
     
  • Able to cold call customers on high frequency
     
  • Enjoy the challenge of closing sales opportunities, not afraid to go the extra mile
     
  • A structured and organized approach to sales & administration processes
     
  • Ability to ask high quality questions, listen and sell persuasively
     
  • Driven to succeed and strive for that next commission payment
     
  • Ability to prioritize workload with excellent time management skills
     
  • Willingness to travel within Australia
     
  • Experience working with a technical product
     
  • B2B sales and business development experience
     
  • PV industry experience is an advantage
     
  • Hold an open clean driver’s license
     
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office
     
  • MS Dynamics or other ERP/CRM knowledge is an advantage
