Tasks & who we are looking for

The main goal of a Sales Coordinator is to coordinate and oversee the flow of a company's services or products to consumers. To reach this goal, they must be able to handle the day-to-day duties/responsibilities.

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Conducting research to analyze competitive landscape, market trends, and customer behavior, and preparing reports by collecting, summarizing, and analyzing data
  • Supporting the Marketing Director in establishing and evaluating a marketing strategy and plan by analyzing and assembling sales forecasts, updating calendars, and organizing and planning promotional presentations
  • Communicating campaigns deliverables, objectives, and timelines to their team while providing instructions for promotion or use
  • Self-starter, excel at multitasking, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Planning and managing trade shows, conferences, events, and meetings by identifying, coordinating, and assembling requirements, developing assignments and schedules, coordinating mailing lists, and establishing contacts
  • Maintaining an inventory and directory of sales support materials making sure all resources are accurate and current, while coordinating new material creation as needed
  • Continually seeking and researching new sources of prospective customers while providing recommendations to marketing and sales leadership
  • Must be proficient in the use of Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and database applications with excellent writing and presentation skills and exacting attention to detail in all work products
  • Plan, coordinate, and implement local campaigns in close collaboration with the local sales departemt to organize local tradeshows, events, and training courses
  • Data entry
  • Extensive knowledge of digital marketing strategies, local media planning, and creation of adverts, to design and purchase marketing material/print material for local branch and create digital campaigns, such as newsletters, blog posts, and socal media
  • Dependable and flexible
  • Able to follow and take instructions from colleagues and maintain a positive attitude and willingness to learn and improve
  • Experience within the B2B industry appreciated
  • Assist with launch and maintenance of techincal needs, such as maintaining the local website
  • Assisting with past due collections
