What will do you
- Manage large amounts of outbound phone calls (B2B) in a timely manner
- Follow communication "scripts" when handling different topics
- Providing customers with product and service information
- Identify customers' needs and clarify information
- Build sustainable realtionships and engage customers by taking the etxra mile
- Keep records of all conversations in our database
- Communicate and provide specific information with out Inside Sales Team and other departments
- Meet personal/team sales and call targets

Who we are looking for
- 2+ years of experience working in customer call service. Preferred in residential solar, or solar industry
- Track record of over-achieving quota
- Excellent phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Familiar with CRM systems and ability to modify it while on a call
- Strong multi-tasking skills
- Customer focused and adaptability to different personality types
- Abililty to set priorities and manage time effectively
- MS Office skills
- High school degree
