What will do you
- Create delivery notes, bills of lading, and shipping labels
- Process packing lists for the Warehouse team
- Book transportationfor outbound shipments, working with carriers to obtain the best quotes/services
- Assist with logistics queries and claims
- Prioritize work to meet shipping deadlines while maintaining records of all outgoing shipments
- Process incoming goods
- Perform miscellaneous facilities-related tasks as needed
- Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures
- Assist in performing regular cycle counts to maintain inventory material handling, transportation, and logistics accuracy

- 1+ years experience in logistics administration
- Excellent attention to detail, organized and efficient
- “Can Do” attitude and great team player
- Upbeat and energetic
- Customer-focused, polite and self-motivated
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced distribution environment
- Proficient in computer programs including Microsoft Outlook and Excel
