The Indian solar energy market is growing, so are we. To strengthen our team in India, we are looking for a Junior Sales Manager to cater growing demand of Punjab market.

That is the job
Research and recommend prospects for new business opportunities
Coordinating with procurement department to estimate future stocks and devise sales strategy
Calling prospective customers and travel to meet them personally.
Drafting proposals, order confirmations and sending invoices to customers using ERP/ CRM system
Attend workshops to learn more technical and professional skills for the job
Build and maintain professional networks
Meet with potential clients to determine their needs.
Regular follow up with customers for delayed payments
Close coordination with logistics to ensure smooth delivery of goods to customers

Ability to adapt and grow in a competitive environment
Ability to assume responsibility and take initiative
