Job description

  • Manage accounting transactions in Dynamics 365
  • Coordinate our logistics operation with our third-party logistics partner
  • Issue invoices and coordinate customer deliveries
  • Liaise with our accountants and provide supporting documentation as required
  • Reconcile accounts payable and receivables and intercompany transactions
  • Reconcile intercompany transactions
  • Ensure timely bank payments
  • Comply with financial policies and documents 
  • Provide office supprt as needed

Job requirements

YOU SHOULD HAVE

  • Knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
  • Firm understanding of international trade, the import process and applicable laws in Brazil
  • Experience dealing with logistics companies
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and finance software
  • An analytical mind with problem-solving aptitude
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • University Degree in Foreign Commerce, Trade or similar
  • Knowledge of MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
  • Data Entry Management
